The Company's original incorporation date was April 11, 1986 under the name of Samarkand Resources Inc.  There were two subsequent name changes on April 5, 1990 (Consolidated Samarkand Resources Inc.) and on October 15, 1999 to Soho Resources Corp.

On January 16, 2013 the name was changed to Telson Resources Inc. and on February 21, 2018 the company changed the name to Telson Mining Corporation to reflect the significant development of its assets and its new focus as a mining issuer.

During 2016, the Company changed its fiscal year-end from February 28 to December 31 with the objective to unify reporting periods for all its subsidiaries and to align with its industry peers. Accordingly, 2016 financial statements are prepared for the ten months ended December 31, 2016 and the twelve months ended February 29, 2016, as a result, operating figures may not be directly comparable.

Telson Mining Corporation is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange trading under the symbol "TSN".

In addition, the company trades on the Over The Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB) in the United States under the symbol "SOHFF", and on the Frankfurt Exchange under the symbol SQ82.
